We are continuing to work with our RTP payout provider to re-enable instant payouts in the US. All other payout methods remain operational, including standard bank account withdrawals for the US and International, as well as instant payouts our Runa Push To Card.

Our instant payout provider have informed us they are progressing on the RTP front.
To confirm, all payouts continue to function, with only RTP being unavailable.
Runa Pay To Card remains fully available, allowing for the majority of US customers who are impacted by this delay, to still experience real time payments. Simply choose Runa Pay To Card when withdrawing to utilize this option.

Our instant payout provider has informed YouPay that RTP (Real Time Payments) will be operational again on Friday, June 5th. We are working with them to ensure this happens as quickly as possible. All other payment methods remain fully operational as per our earlier updates.

We have had a further update from Borderless, confirming instant payouts remain delayed across multiple platforms, including YouPay. They have confirmed a solution is in the works with a further update expected in 24 hours. All other payout methods remain unaffected, as per the earlier update.

We have been informed by our payment partners at Borderless that they are presently experiencing a delay with RTP (instant) payouts. As a result, all withdrawals to US bank accounts will be processed as standard withdrawals. Timing of these withdrawals varies but traditionally lands in bank accounts in 1-2 business days. Borderless are actively working to resolve this issue.
To confirm, all payouts continue to function, with only some delays being experienced.
Runa Pay To Card remains fully available, allowing for the majority of US customers who are impacted by this delay, to still experience real time payments. Simply choose Runa Pay To Card when withdrawing to utilize this option.
