They have confirmed a solution is in the works with a further update expected in 24 hours. All other payout methods remain unaffected, as per the earlier update.

Identified - We have been informed by our payment partners at Borderless that they are presently experiencing a delay with RTP (instant) payouts. As a result, all withdrawals to US bank accounts will be processed as standard withdrawals. Timing of these withdrawals varies but traditionally lands in bank accounts in 1-2 business days. Borderless are actively working to resolve this issue.
To confirm, all payouts continue to function, with only some delays being experienced.
Runa Pay To Card remains fully available, allowing for the majority of US customers who are impacted by this delay, to still experience real time payments. Simply choose Runa Pay To Card when withdrawing to utilize this option.
